To adjust the trigger on a Marlin XS7 .308, first ensure the rifle is unloaded and safe. Remove the trigger guard to access the trigger assembly, then locate the adjustment screw, typically found at the front of the trigger. Turn the screw clockwise to increase pull weight or counterclockwise to decrease it, making small adjustments and testing the trigger pull until you achieve your desired weight. Always remember to reassemble the rifle and perform a function check after adjustments.

Which gun is better and why a marlin xs7 308 Winchester a mossberg 100ATR 308 Winchester or a Remington 700 sps 308 Winchester?

Well to be honest im a Marlin Man and a Certified Gunsmith, however while the Marlin has a worse trigger pull than the Remmy,i've seen more burnt out barrels from the Remingtons than any other guns, while my my Marlin 336's and 308mx see action at the range constantly. The Mossberg will be the first to have the parts to become obsolete.Accuracy is a toss-up between the XS7 and 700 SPS,while I know they're both capable of taking the Mossberg, due to it has the worst chamber reaming and head spacing of the other two.Im gonna go with the Marlin with the aftermarket RifleBasix Trigger....

Does marlin XS7 and XS7Y caliber 308 have detachable magazines?

Nope...They're Top Fed,Internal Box,which I prefer as far as reliability.Great rifles BTW,their accuracy is awesome(Aint never seen or heard of one that would'nt shoot 1/2"group at 100 yards).Im planning on getting one in 25-06 for a target rifle. The only downfall with those rifles is the trigger, its got about a 7-8 lb pull and is realy stiff and creapy,so just to throw it out there,if you buy one I would recomend the Rifle-Basix trigger which will make the trigger a crisp 3-1/2 lb pull, that'll tighten up your groups real nice....Great Choice...
