Best left to a gunsmith.
what's the question ???
A semi-automatic pistol chambered in 45 ACP.
check out gun sites on line. look up the 45 1911 pistol and compare condition and prices to your pistol
No such thing. It is a typo. A 45 mm pistol would fire a bullet larger than a golf ball. I think you are looking for a .45 CALIBER pistol. That is a handgun that fires a bullet about 45/100ths of an inch in diameter. Perhaps the two best known are the 45 Colt Peacemaker type revolver of cowboy fame, and the 1911A1 .45 Automatic Pistol, used by the US Army.

The 1911 pistol was first accepted into US military service in 1911. It fires the .45 ACP (11.65x23mm) cartridge, and operates using a single action mechanism. The M1911A1 made some minor improvements to the original design.
the 1911 45 ejector would not line up for a 38 cal. cartridge.
You need to tell us what model of what firearm. Auto Ordnance made a .45 cal semiauto carbine and a 1911A1 pistol.
Field stripping any Model 1911 A1 45 military pistol is the same no matter the manufacture. Rather than try to tell you, here is an excellent link to a video showing how it is done. It is very simple if done correctly. I also own the exact same pistol as yours and treasure it. Mine was made in 1917.
Depends on which .45- 45 Colt, 45 ACP, 45 Magnum, 45-70, and which bullet, and what it is fired from. If you mean the .45 ACP fired by a 1911A1 pistol, velocity varies from 830 FPS up to about 1020 fps. Slow, fat, but gets the job done.
Good detail strip and reassembly videos for series 80 1911's and some good tricks to put those tricky parts back in!
