You contact Remington customer service, and ask for an owner's manual for your rifle. Then read and follow the manual.
You can read or download a manual at http://stevespages.com/pdf/remington_572.pdf or you can go to Remington.com and request one.
Send me your email, I'll send you a scan of the manual.
That will depend on the make of the rifle and the age of your pump rifle.

It's a pump action 22 rifle.
To disassemble a Stevens 22 pump rifle, first ensure the firearm is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction. Remove the forend by unscrewing the forend screw, then slide the forend forward off the magazine tube. Next, take out the action by removing the action screws, and then gently pull the bolt and carrier out of the receiver. Finally, separate the barrel from the receiver by loosening and removing the barrel nut if applicable. Always refer to a specific manual for detailed instructions and safety precautions.
