Under the Sears brand, they were the Model 5. Winchester manufactured the same rifle, starting in 1963 under the Models 150 & 250. On-line auctions have the values of the Winchesters ranging from $40 to $250 depending on condition. Less info is avail. about the model 5's. The one variance I've noticed is that the forearm on the Model 5 is distinctly different from the Winchesters, that appear more on the line of the Model 94 look. But then again, Hey- I'm no expert.
