Best to ask a gunsmith for help
Go to the S&W website and request an owner's manual
The owners manual should have basic instructions. If you bought it second hand you can call the manufacturer and they are legally obliged to send you one. If you have access to a computer youtube can be a great help. Find a comprehensive video that shows complete disassembly and reassembly and watch it all the way through before you start though. Also your local gun store should have someone willing to help. Perhaps the same one you bought it at?
To disassemble a Hi-Point .40 Cal JCP model, first ensure the firearm is unloaded. Next, remove the magazine and retract the slide to check that the chamber is clear. Then, locate and push down the takedown pin on the left side of the frame, pull the slide back slightly, and lift it off the frame. Finally, you can remove the recoil spring and barrel for further disassembly or cleaning.
Follow the owner's manual directions. Ask a gunsmith for help.

The best way is to get signed to a local modeling agency that has JCP listed as one of its clients.
Follow the instructions in the owner's manual. If you don't have one, go to the S&W web site and request one.

As far as I know you can only receive your jcp discount at the sephoras inside jcp only. You can not receive it at a freestanding sephora.
