I dont know wat FINGERTOE nails are but: Finger nails: its fine to wear nail polish on your finger nails. Dont keep it on for a long period of time because your nails will yellow ( which is NOT a pretty sight ) Try using nail hardeners by Sally Hansen. They worked for me and my nails are now LONG!!! Toe Nails: Toe are fine to paint. There actually easier to paint then finger nails. Once again you can use nail hardeners and that will make them stronger but remember to take it off in a couple of weeks so your toe nails wont turn YELLOW!

The reason Nail Varnish removcer removes all nail varnish is because it contains certain chemical that help it get rid of the nail enamel. While water actually helps the nail varnish dry quicker if poured on wet nails.

Personally I think it is bad. I mean if you use it once it wont like infect you with a terrible disease or something but if you do it a lot it damages your nails. It also looks TERRIBLE on your nails, really it would be easy to borrow or buy some white nail polish.

you have to soak them in acitone nail polish. non acitone wont do anything, the acitone is what breaks down the glue. but dont forget to wash your hands as soon as your done! (:
