There are screws on the side of the reciever, unscrew the 2 holding the lever in, you will need pliers to pull the screws out after unscrewing, pull them out, the lever should drop free after unscrewing then you just need to move it around and play with it a little, mostly drop the front end of the lever down a hair until it will close like normal, once u get it to do that you kind of have to finegal it to where the screw holes line back up, then screw the screw back in and ur good to go, i know it doesnt sound like much help but just play around with the lever once you get the screw out and then you should be able to get it where you can close the lever and just re insert screw...if it happens again right away that means you lost the pin that goes inside to keep it from jamming and youll most likely need to visit a gun smith to fix this issue which costs around $50 maybe a little more depending
