Try looking at the company that made the BB gun first, some offer drawings of the gun and how to assemble it. www.Crosman.com offer this for most of their guns. OR you can take it to an Airgun repair shop to heve it re-assembled. Check "Airgun repair" on the Net and find a shop close to you.

Put the Safety on first. Make sure the BB gun is not charged or cocked and unloaded. If the BB is jammed in the barrel you will have to take a .177 cleaning rod and push the BB back into the loading chamber from the front of the barrel.

yes you can, but there are several complications: a. you have to load all the bb's into the clip or ammo depot, which takes a while to do because you have to hold it open to put the bb's in b. sometimes bb's will get stuck somewhere in the gun and jam it, but after a little shaking the bb's could be back where they belong or somewhere in the framework of the gun. this is really annoying to fix. when firing multiple bb's come out so it is a shotgun it is best to use airsoft(plastic) bb's, not metal bb's
