The air pistol is so inexpensive it is not worth repairing. However you could search the web for "Air Gun Repair" and locate a shop near you to have it fixed.
13.3 repeater, a repeater is simply the number you have and over the first decimal place you put a dot, this means that say the number is 2/3 or 66.6666666 in this case you put the repeater over the first decimal place!!!
Most likely made sometime after 1977 to present. Marksman repeaters are a low grade spring fed air pistol and usually do not have much value. In excellent condition they are worth around $15-$20. They fire a BB at a rated speed of 200 FPS. In comparison with a Daisy Red Ryder that fires a BB at 350 FPS.

A passive star has no electronics. The light from one fiber illuminates a number of others. An active repeater converts the optical signal to an electri- cal one for further processing.
A trinary serial number consists of only three different digits, and a repeater serial number features the same sequence of digits repeated. For a 2013 $50 bill, the value of a trinary repeater serial number can vary significantly based on its rarity, demand, and condition. Generally, such bills can be worth a premium over face value, often ranging from $100 to several hundred dollars or more to collectors, depending on the specific serial number and market conditions. For an accurate valuation, it’s advisable to consult a currency dealer or numismatic expert.
To find the serial number on a Stevens Visible Loading Repeater, you typically need to look on the underside of the receiver or the barrel. The serial number is often stamped into the metal and may be located near the trigger guard or on the side of the receiver. If the firearm has a wooden stock, you might need to remove it to access the serial number on the receiver. Always ensure the firearm is unloaded before inspecting it.

AnswerTHE MODEL NUMBER DOES NOT MATCH ANY MARKSMAN I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF THAT NUMBER IS ON THE UNDERSIDE OF THE LOWER TANG NEAR THE STOCK MOUNTING SCREW IT IS A SERIAL NUMBER NOT A MODEL NUMBER.The "236" has to do with a parts number or production date. It is not a serial number in the usual sense. I own more than 100 of the Stevens "boys rifles," and every one of them bears a three-digit number -- not likely I would have that many low-serial-number rifles. (Wish I did!)
