I'm looking for a clip and a bolt for a 3622 ranger rifle. Can you please tell me where to go to locate these parts?
Your gun is a Savage/Stevens Model 86. gunpartscorp.com has some parts. After that it is a long search.
It was made by Marlin and is a pre-war version of the Model 80.
This is a job for a gunsmith. I had to make a special vise jig to compress the firing pin spring & reassemble the bolt. Very heavy spring tension, i.e. dangerous.
this is a bolt action rifle
No, the Savage Model 19 NRA has a unique bolt and there is no other rifle with a compatible bolt.
