Hold the outside part with one hand, grab the bumper knob with the other and turn counter clockwise. Then pull it out. There is usually a small hole on the side near the bumper, you will see white, when you're turning the bumper knob you can see that disappear behind a grooved area. Turn in the direction of the groove, all the way til it stops, then it should pull out.
