To remove the bolt from a Herters U9 .223 rifle, first ensure the firearm is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction. Pull back the bolt handle to the rear position to release tension, then locate and push down on the bolt release lever, usually found on the side of the receiver. While holding the lever down, pull the bolt completely out of the receiver. Always refer to the owner's manual for specific instructions and safety precautions.

Herters was the importer, not the maker- and has been out of business since the 1970s. I believe those rifles were made in Yugoslavia, and used a Yugo Mauser action. A gunsmith MAY be able to fit a commercial Mauser stock to your rifle, but I know of no ready source of parts for these. Sorry-
It depends on the condition of the rifle.

It was made by Herter's an old mail order company that has since been bought by Cabella's. It does not exist as it used to. It was based off of a BSA monarch action, without all the super close attention to detail.
The usual number of girls that play on the field during a U9 soccer game is 6 players.
