Most of the small Bernadelli pistols use a magazine latch at the bottom rear of the magazine. This will be slightly rounded with grooves in it. WITH YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER, pull back on the magazine latch, and pull down on the magazine. If you are not comfortable with guns, please put it in a box, and take it to a gunsmith. You will NOT be the first person to bring him a gun like that.
