As many as it was designed to. Could be five, ten, 20, or more.
an assassination sniper gun works by simply using an hammer to "bolt" a very large bullet to a target, which can easily kill someone in one shot. these snipers take a while to reload since most of the work of the sniper is more put into a one-hit kill meaning and accuracy than others. a sniper basically works like a normal gun expect its bullets fly much faster and farther and are much larger than normal guns bullets. an assult rifle works nearly the same way, expect that the rifle fires smaller bullets faster and without much reloading.

The M21 and Enhanced Battle Rifle are two different variations of the M14 rifle, both of which are very much real.
Roughly $9,000, plus a few thousand for the optics.
Depends on the rifle. Among my .22s, some hold ONE shot. Several hold 7 shots in a box magazine. Rifles fed from a tube magazine may hold 15 long rifle cartriges, or 26 Short cartridges. TheAmerican 180, a ,22 LR submachinegun, held 177 cartridges. No, not a typo- 177. .
Well, a ballistic vest (bullet-proof vest) was around $800 back then, so it was quite a small fortune. Rifle bullets were probably around 100 dollars per mag.
The cheapest airsoft sniper rifles are aroung 100 USD or ~60 pounds. Besides that if you want a rifle that will not break after a few months you will need to pay almost twice as much.
