Like anything else it depends on the brand, the model and the condition of the rifle. Is it still working. Is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very good or Excellent condition
It all depends on the current condition of the rifle. And is it still working. With out more information about the condition it is not possible to answer you. And I think you mean Rifle not Gun.
If you want a estimate of value you will have to give more information, like the condition of the rifle Excellent to Poor, is it still working or does it leak air. What caliber is it? .177 or .22. Without more information it is not possible to answer you.
$100 to $125
Rodchester was the only rifle made by Rodchester in 1948. It is identical to a Kessler air rifle except for the name. I suggest you look online for 'Airgun repair" and locate someone near you to have it repaired. The rifle is worth anywhere between $100 to $300 depending on condition. Originally it sold for $10

The Sears (JG HIGGINS) model 126.2831 is a Crosman model 180 made for Sears. It was made in 2 variations. The first variant had a Crossbolt safety 1956-1959. The second variant had a die-cast trigger housing 1962-1967. This rifle is a .22 caliber pellet rifle, not a .177 caliber rifle or BB rifle. In poor condition it is worth $25. In good - $80 to $105. In Excellent - $125 to $155. Like New- $180.See the link below for the owners manual.

I have absolutely no information on a Crosman model 143. Are you sure it isn't a model 140 or model 147. I even searched the net and can not find anything on a model 143.
The 1883 22 caliber colt rifle is valued at $2,275 in excellent condition. I fair condition it is valued at $775.
It would help if you stated the condition of the rifle.
