There are several firearms called a mini gun- the most common being a motor driven Gatling gun ( such as the one carried by Jesse Ventura in Predator).
GE (the maker) quotes prices only to government agencies, since NEW mini guns can only be sold to military or law enforcement agencies. The mini gun used in Predator was offered for sale at $125,000. Plus a $200 transfer tax as a machine gun.
A tiny bit less than a maxi gun.

It is considered to be a "miniaturised" version of the M167 Vulcan 20mm antiaircraft gun.
If by mini gun you mean a "miniaturised" version of the M167 Vulcan 20mm antiaircraft gun, the answer is "No" on the original Sniper Elite.

I believe it's a machine gun, and its name is really Minimi. It seems that Mini Mitrailleuse means "mini machine gun" in French.
i would get the invert mini because it is easy to work and it comes with everything you need and it costs the same as the g3 it is not that much money but still a good gun. The invert mini Is also has no macroline and has a smaller frame.
they use a 7mm mag. Actually the mini gun fires 7.62X51 NATO or .308 Winchester as they are basicly the same round, .308 being the civilian designation. The 7.62X51 became the replacement for the US caliber 30.06 after NATO was formed following WWII. The name mini gun comes from the fact that the "GAU2B" is a scaled down or mini version of the Vulcan 20MM gatlin cannon used on fighter aircraft at the time. Now made by Dillon Aero the old mini has been much improved but retains the same caliber ammo.
@50rounds a second.
