Ranger was a trade name used by Sears Roebuck c. 1950. Eastern Arms was also a Sears trade name used on guns by a variety of manufacturers. The "105" prefix appears to indicate that yours was made by Harrington and Richardson, but I cannot find a match for this particular code. To determine the value, you can go to Walmart and find the lowest price they are asking for a new single-shot .410 and take 1/3 to 1/2 off for the value of a used gun. You'll probably come up with a figure between $125 and $175.
