You can only buy them if you're a licensed NFA Class III dealer, and able to obtain a demo letter from your local law enforcement agency. The least expensive one I've seen available for sale under such circumstances was going for $2100.

Glock 18 was first introduced in 1985. It is made by Austria's Glock AG, it comes in two variants - basic Model 18 and Model 18C. It can have a 10, 17, 19 or a 33 round magazine.
The Glock 18C, like the standard Glock 17, has a magazine capacity of 17 rounds in its standard magazine. In single-shot mode, it can still hold the same number of rounds, but it will fire one round per trigger pull instead of in full-auto mode. The capacity may vary with different magazine options, such as extended magazines.
