They were made from 1911 to 1933. If you have the serial number, we can give you the year of manufacture. The US Revolver brand was a named used by the Iver Johnson Company.
The Iver Johnson Trailsman model 66 large frame revolver was made from 1958-1978.

depends on model, caliber and overall condition
I don't believe it's a Winchester, you might want to look closer.There was a spanish made revolver chambered for 32 Winchester, could that be it?

To the best of my knowledge Ruger never made it's old army revolver in .36 cal, only .44 and .45 caliber. Many other manufacturers made a similar looking Remington copy in .36, it could be one of those.

Roughly 1930s. You may have a caliber .38 S&W, which is NOT a .38 Special.
We're not sure either- you will need to take it to a gunsmith. There were dozens of different caliber 5 shot revolvers.
