To remove:
Open action, press trigger rearward and pull bolt entirely from receiver.
To install:
Insert bolt in receiver, push bolt over plunger in bottom of receiver, pull trigger and complete forward travel of bolt; then rotate bolt handle downward to lock.

Hey, you can try pulling back on the trigger while removing the bolt to the rear. Do the same to reinstall the bolt back in the barrel assy. I have a 514 and that's how it is done. Hope this helps . . . John <john.gro@gmail.com>
