Always consult relevant authorities or legal experts before attempting to ship firearms internationally.
Yes, black powder guns, which are often classified as antique firearms, are generally legal to ship into Washington state. However, the shipment must comply with federal regulations, and the recipient must adhere to state laws regarding ownership and use. Depends on the air rifle. England restricts certain higher powered air guns that have enough energy to be useable as a weapon.
Blackpowder guns are exempt from the Gun Control Act of 1963. This is the law that requires a Federal Firearms License (FFL) to send guns by mail. So, no. You don't need FFL to mail black powder guns.

Unless there is a local law in place it is legal to ship to your door. I have sent several to Tenn. over the years with no troubles. Your local gun shop or FFL dealer would know for sure. You can find a FFL dealer on gunbroker or auction arms websites under the ffl locate in there home page.
No.
I highly doubt it.
CVA was only a seller of Pistols they did not manufacture them selves I would say it is a repo of a navy revolver if it is a 36 cal or a 44 cal 6 shot revolver they had a ship engraved on it. It is a functional reproduction made in the late 70's. It will shoot a .454 ball with 30 grains of black powder. It was sold as a confederate model 1850 navy.Original black powder firearms will never be marked "Black powder only", since at the time, that was the only form of gunpowder. As said, your CVA is a modern reproduction.
