The store brand cross-reference says this is a Mossberg 183, so it should have a 2 or 3 shot magazine.
Where can I buy a magazine for a western field M149 bolt action
I have one of these also and need the internal Magazine assembly, and it looks identical to the stevens 59A I am not having any luck finding one.
That would be Western Field.

Your Western Field shotgun has a value of between 35-90 dollars.
To disassemble a Western Field shotgun, first ensure the firearm is unloaded by checking the chamber and magazine. Next, remove the forend by unscrewing the forend nut, typically located at the front of the receiver. Then, separate the barrel from the receiver by pulling the release lever or pressing the button, depending on the model. Finally, you can remove the bolt and other internal components for further cleaning or maintenance.
