Sure, if using Hornady Leverevolution ammo for moderate/long range shooting. It's a decent scope. I own own, too, which is mounted on a .243 Winchester. However, if you're shooting is typically short range (100 or less), I would recommend a good 1-5X20 or 2-7X32 scope.
