Ithaca 500 model shotguns were imported by SKB (japanese manuf.). They are currently selling on gunbroker.com for $600-$1200 depending on condition.
A used Ithaca model 72 saddle gun in excellent condition is worth around $500.

This model sells anywhere from 250 dollars to 500 dollars. The determining factors are, as always what kind of condition the firearm is in.
The gun was made by SKB in Japan and imported by Ithaca, starting in 1966. I don't know when your particular gun was made.
I sold one in excellent condition last fall for $900.
Depends on the model and condition. An Ithaca Mdl 37 Featherlight in 16 g in excellent condition is $500-$600 at retail.
