Most of these were made for Sears by the High Standard company, and was sold by them as the Flite King. Not a lot of collector interest, but a sound, durable hunting grade pump shotgun. Depending on condition, value is $100- $175.

This is really a tough question to answer because Diana (Dianawerk) went through a lot of changes before and after WWII. They made 3 different model 20's Model 20 1907-1911 Model 20 Youth 1912-1940 Model 20 Adult 1991-2003 They also made a Model 24 TO1 1984-2007
