I know there was a Folsom Arms warehouse in Mahwah NJ that was bought out a long time ago and still retains the name Folsom but is now a fishing/tackle corporation

Chances are it was made by HD Folsom or Crescent.
Worthington Arms Co. is a trade name used by the H&D Folsom Arms Co. on various types of firearms. Folsom was a large distributor of single and double barrel shotguns produced by Crescent Firearms Co., which Folsom owned. Folsom eventually sold out to Savage Arms Co. Worthington Arms Co. guns were made for George Worthington Co. of Cleveland, Ohio. The values can vary widely depending on condition and features. You would be best off having the gun appraised by a reputable gunsmith or advanced collector.
Smithsonian was the trade brand name used by Crescent Fire Arms Co. and later Crescent-Davis. The distributor/retailer was H & D Folsom. Likely production in the 1900-1925 time period. No relation to the Smithsonian Institute.
Plymouth was a trade brand shotgun made by Crescent Fire Arms Co and later by Davis-Warner Arms Co. It was distributed/retailed by H & D Folsome. Shotgun Markings also lists a hammer double barrel by an unknown Belgian maker and indicates the retailer was Spear & Co.

Folsom had guns manufactured by a subsidiary company, Crescent Arms, and also imported many from a variety of Belgian firms. Value will be $50-$75 for a single shot or $100-$150 for a double barrel in "average used" condition.
Around 1892 Crescent firearms manufactured shotguns under a variety of names. In 1930 H & D Folsom Arms sold their Crescent Fire Arms company to Savage Arms and Savage combined Crescent with Davis Warner Arms Corp., as Crescent-Davis Arms Corporation. Your shotguns value, in good condition, is about $150.
The Delphian Arms Company was a trade name used by the H.&D. Folsom Company of New York on shotguns they supplied and were sold by the Supplee-Biddle Hardware Company of Philadelphia, Pa. You should research the H&D Folsom company for further information. Folsom owned the Crescent Arms Company who made considerable numbers of low cost shotguns in the latter 19th and early 20th century.
