The High Standard model is a Supermatic citation- none of my references show them as being made in stainless steel. There are High Standard pistols made swith an Electroless Nickel finish. Not extremely common nor extremely rare.
Might I suggest contacting 'High Standard'? Do a search for high standard firearms and get in touch with them.
Depends on model (and there are DOZENS of models of High Standard pistols) and the condition.
Hi-Standard made multiple models of pistols. Some had slide locks.

To determine the year of manufacture for a High Standard W-102 Longhorn revolver, you would need to reference the serial number against a production date chart specific to High Standard firearms. These charts typically correlate serial numbers with production years. If you have the serial number, you can look it up in relevant firearms databases or contact a collector or historian specializing in High Standard firearms for more precise information.
