A gunsmith should be able to find or fabricate the parts for you. Check your yellow pages.

I' not sure if you can get new parts or not. I have a LH hammer for a T. Barker. Let me know if you still need one.

You can't get a NEW barrel unless you have it custom made for a couple thousand dollars. Finding a used replacement would not be easy since this brand name was made for Sears Roebuck by several manufacturers c 1910.

What is the value of a T Barker Belgium Royal Damascus double barrel with a silver medallion on the stock and silver dog on the metal?

Royal Damascus was a mark used by Ancien Etablisment Pieper of Herstal, Belgium, c. 1890-1914. T Barker is usually dismissed as "just another Belgian clunker", but with a silver escution and engraving, yours is probably better than the average utility shotgun from the period. I have heard that T Barker was a hardware outlet in California, but have no proof of that.

Where can you acquire a complete forearm assembly wood metal and all for an 1888 Belgium made T Barker 12 ga. SxS double barrel shotgun?

No one makes new parts for these old guns. Look in all the miscellaneous parts bins at a large gun show. A busy gunsmith may have something laying in his back room that can be modified to fit. Having parts made will cost at least 10 times the value of the repaired shotgun. I'd suggest hanging it over the fireplace as-is and making up a good story about the missing parts.
