The answer is virtually anything in normal combat use. It can have mud, dirt, sand etc inside and still fire in the way it was intended. You can fire it one day, leave it for a couple of months without cleaning it, the go back to it and fire it again with no problems (except a bit of rust which you may have to knock off).
