Henry Ford was critical of the National Industrial Recovery Act (NIRA) and its associated National Recovery Administration (NRA) codes, expressing concerns that they stifled competition and innovation. He believed that the regulations imposed by the NRA favored large corporations at the expense of smaller businesses and individual entrepreneurs. Ford argued for a free-market approach instead, advocating for minimal government intervention in industry. His opposition highlighted the tension between government regulation and industrial autonomy during that era.
Henry Ford was not a scientist. He was a mechanic. One could say that he was a self-taught engineer with a genius for business.
Henry Ford did not say this quote. This is actually a quote by Edward Everett Hale.
He say a need and filled that need for an inexpensive car.
Henry Ford famously said, "It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
It is claimed the Henry For Estate is one of the most haunted places is Detroit. They say that the butler still haunts the home and cleans it.
hope that Karl Benz doesn't heard about this, I invented the assembly line but not the automobile!
Not nearly as much information as say, Google, or the NRA.
i also have an '02 that i bought used. the '01 and older Explorers had a sticker located in the jack storage compartment with the code on it. i called Ford when i bought mine and they said i would have to bring proof of ownership and $35 to the dealership to be given the code. needless to say i just stick with the remote keypad.
I don't know, what do you have in yours? Seriously, look at the build tag and as a dealer what the code means if it doesn't actually say.
Ford is the main cheese of the story is you haven't noticed..instead of sayong oh God they say oh Ford! instead of the big ben being called that its called big Henry (Henry Ford the main guy..don't mistaken him for Henry Foster, total different guys) when the clock "strikes nine" the clock rings Ford nine times..so they use For for almost everything..so its kinda like saying cleanliness is next to fordliness..almost like its holy in their sense..its a big deal to be clean because Henry Ford was clean..Kind of like our God now..Hes a clean God so we should be clean and so on :) hope it helped
"Merci Henry" means "Thank you Henry" "Merci beaucoup Henry" means "Thank you very much Henry"
