925 is sterling silver - it should not appear on gold.

925 is from the Precious metals rating scale, 925 is sterling silver, TGI should be the crafters mark so you know who made the piece.

as for the price that depends on three factors;

1) the current spot price for sterling silver

2) how much silver you have, keep in mind sterling is done in troy ounces not metric ounces so if you use a standard household scale you need to use a converter (link in sources)

3) the quality of the craftsmanship. if you are just selling the ring as scrap this doesn't mater but if you are selling it as a ring then its value will go up if it has a lot of well crafted details
