holy water, wooden stakes, crosses, maybe garlic (heard that one was a myth)
What you need to look out for when you kill a vampire is that you may not have done it correctly and the vampire may come back - and be angry!
Dhampir can be killed just like any other Vampire or human. To kill a Dhampir it would need to be beheaded and burnt. The ashes would need to be scattered only holy grounds.

stake, holy water, maybe an axe or a sword
Garlic, a cross, and a wooden stake!
If you're a vampire hunter, you'll die. So I suggest you leave them alone. If you're a vampire hunter, have fun finding a vampire because they are not real.
The vampire Sim being out in the sun (from 7am to 7pm) can kill it, they will turn to dust/ash. That's why you need a coffin.
You don't need equipment to get the brachial pulse.
If your talking about a wooden stake, a knife or sword or something, then the answer is to, well, kill the vampires.
They get protection from big foot. Why would a vampire need hairy legs?
Personally, I don't think staking a vampire will do anything other than seriously annoy them and injure them very badly and weaken them, which will only make them want more blood, meaning more murders, especially yours if you're the one that stabbed them in the first place. But I don't see how it would kill them, seeing as their hearts don't actually beat. Slitting their throat might do the job, though. Or suffocating/drowning them, I suppose. Very hard to kill a vampire.
Vampires are not real?!? You don't need a vampire to turn you. Just get a friend or a family member to twist you around.
