Around $25-$50. Likely origin is Belgium, STRONGLY advise that you do NOT attempt to fire it. That time frame covers guns made for black powder shells, not smokeless. The 16 gauge shell was shorter back then, and many of those guns used a Twist steel barrel.
The ACME pressed-top whistle, patented in 1923, can be priced anywhere from just a few dollars to upwards of $150. Realistically, they are worth approximately $14- $18. Interestingly enough, the same whistle was produced with the name EMCA impressed in the side. EMCA is ACME spelled backwards, of course, and was used, somewhat humorously, for a number of whistles from all their editions.
