That is an extremely vague question. Probably referring to a gun chambered for a .30 caliber bullet which could be .30-06, .308, .300 mag, ect. Most likely bolt action of some sorth, with a 1000 rounds of ammo. My guess would be .30-06 or .308, both very popular NATO rounds.
it means you can use 22 short rounds 22 long rounds and the modern 22 long rifle rounds and it will shoot them all
You will have to define the term "Sniper rifle". It could mean anything. The only TRUE sniper rifle is a rifle issued to a sniper. They are simply rifles that are capable of long range accurate shooting. The rifles used by US military snipers during the Vietnam was were simply civilian hunting rifles with decent telescopes.
sniper rifle in russian, honestly how didnt u know tht!!
if you mean as opposed to a musket the rifling inside the barrel causes the bullet to spin which makes much more powerful and accurate. as opposed to a pistol, smg, lmg, or sniper rifle, an assault rifle is usually about 6-8 pounds which makes it easier to maneuver than an lmg or sniper, but more powerful than a pistol or smg
If you mean the SVD Sniper rifle manufactured by the Soviet Union, no, it is not a .50 caliber weapon. It fires a match grade version of the 7.62 X 54R cartridge- the same round used by the Moisin-Nagant 91/30 rifle (and the M38 and M44 Carbines). Wikipedia has a good concise article on the Dragunov sniper rifle. Enjoy.
Assuming you mean which sniper rifle (as it is quite obvious from the plot who the actual sniper was), the weapons used over the series include: * M40 (customised Remington 700); * H&K SR9T (a target-shooting variant); * SVD (Dragunov sniper rifle); * Mosin Nagant M91/30 (mislabelled as a Mauser in the film). Other weapons are used in the third film, but no record of their make could be found.
If you mean a SAVAGE, 100-1000 USD or so.
You probably mean the AK-47. But the Ak-47 was not a sub-machine gun, it is an assault rifle. SMG's shoot pistol rounds such as 9x19mm Luger. Assault rifles fire scaled down versions of full power rifle rounds. The AK-47 for example shoots 7.62x39mm which is a scaled down version of the Russian 7.62x54mm rifle round used in the Mosin Nagant rifle.
I presume you mean the American sniper, Private Daniel Jackson. In addition to making certain his rifle is ready to make an accurate shot, he quotes Psalms. Sometimes he also kisses a crucifix.
what do u mean, sniper suit?...
Depends on which .50 cal, and which cartidge. If you mean a Barrett Model 82A1 sniper rifle, in .50 BMG, standard ball ammo is ABOUT 2800 fps.
Well, it is a 40 mm grenade launcher if you mean the real rifle and the M203 launcher- but there is NO ONE BEST. The M16 is a good rifle- but it will not be a 1000 meter rifle. And it may not be the rifle of choice in close quarters, or where greater penetration is needed.
