The Ruger AC-556 is a select fire version of the Mini 14 rifle. It has a longer receiver with a fire selector lever above the trigger on the righthand side (typically, single shot, three round burst, and full auto are the selector positions), and an actual 5.56 chamber, rather than a .223 Remington chamber. They were never adopted by any military units (even the Bermuda Regiment opted to stick with single shot Mini 14-KB rifles), but did see some service with various law enforcement and paramilitary agencies, included the Royal Ulster Constabulary.
The Ruger AC 556 is classed as a machinegun. If it is registered with the BATFE and is transferable to a private party, depending on condition these sell for between $12,000 and $15,000. If it is not registered, it is worth 10 years in a Federal prison. If it has not been registered it cannot BE registered, and is contraband.
The 204 Ruger is actually a rifle cartridge, therefore does not come with any accessories. It is primarily intended for use with Ruger's Varmint rifle.
