There are several different model air rifles that were sold by Sears under the JC Higgins brand name. I believe you are asking about one made by Daisy Airgun for Sears. It's was the model 1894, "Sears no: 799.19052". It looked like a Winchester 3030. The best way you could determine if Sears sold such a gun is to find some of the old reprints of their catalogs between 1887 and 1920, which are the years that Winchester was making their 1887 and 1901 "Humpback" lever action shotguns.
