There are several different model air rifles that were sold by Sears under the JC Higgins brand name. I believe you are asking about one made by Daisy Airgun for Sears. It's was the model 1894, "Sears no: 799.19052". It looked like a Winchester 3030. If this describes you rifle then I need to know the condition that it currently is in, in order to give you an estimate of value. Is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very Good or Excellent condition and does it still work?

Revolvers are not lever action firearms. Sorry- can you rephrase your question? Lever action firearms are most often rifles, rarely shotguns. A very few lever action pistols were made, but not revolvers.
The JC Higgins Model 45 was made by Marlin and is basically the same gun as the Model 336. Manuals are availabe from Marlin Firearms. The JC Higgins Model 66 was made by High Standard and is out of production. I have a manual scanned, and can email it to you. sales@countrygunsmith.net
JC Higgens never manufactured any guns - Sears bought them from a variety of manufacturers. The best way you could determine if Sears sold such a gun is to find some of the old reprints of their catalogs between 1887 and 1920, which are the years that Winchester was making their 1887 and 1901 "Humpback" lever action shotguns.
For the most part yes it is.A bit of honing will take place as the lever is worked over time causing a more smooth lever throw,as with any lever action rifle.
