The marlin model 28 hammerless shotgun was produced from 1913-1922.
It is only worth what the person buys it for...
The Riverside Arms Co. Model 520, serial number SN57363, was built in 1940. This shotgun was produced during a time when Riverside Arms was known for manufacturing affordable, reliable firearms. It’s important to note that production dates can vary slightly based on specific serial number ranges.
Many early ones may not have a serial number. If they do, it will most likely be on the side of the receiver. There is a small chance it will be inside, after you remove the barrel.
The gauge is stamped on the water table by the serial number. It is a Flues model made in 1924.
Stevens/Savage used the Riverside name from about 1920 to 1945.
That Colt .32 hammerless was made in 1924.
If the shotgun is a hammerless double, it is a Baker Model produced in 1899 (per Dixie Gun Works, Ithaca Serialization Guide) That serial should be a 1926 production NID. sales@countrygunsmith.net
I found a 1903 hammerless .32 with that serial number made in 1925.
A Colt 380 hammerless with that serial number was made in 1915.
