Sometimes it always depends on the Enhancements you get. Although most swords already have some attached, the Attack strength might not be good. I would say the best non-member sword is the one you have to unlock. It's the Skullwraith. Go to Valencia, click on Special Codes and enter "oicu812". It should say you've unlocked a shop. The shop has Skullwraith, which it's attack power is 33-41, and it sells for 3 gold.
