Fastest in what way? Bullet that travels fastest? That would be a pistol chambered for a very fast rifle cartridge, such as the 22-250, .204 Ruger, or .220 Swift. Fastest firing? Pistol version of the American 180 submachine gun- it fires .22 long rifle ammo at rates of nearly 3000 shots per minute.
NO! Different cartridge entirely. The 250-3000, also known as the .250 Savage has a 25 cailber bullet, the 22-250 a 22 caliber bullet. See link below.
