It's not just one air gun or rifles.
it's a class of air rifles/guns known as PCP (PreCharged Pneumatic) air guns/rifles that require a Scuba tank, special hand pump or electric pump to charge them to 2000 to 3000 PSI. As an example of the power a normal 12 gram C02 holds 800 PSI these PCP's hold much more and are capable of projecting a MUCH larger pellet. The largest of these is the 50 caliber Dragon Claw by Sam Yang. It is capable of bringing down a deer or Boar.
See the link below.
If you are asking about Air Soft, then most likely not. But if you are asking about a BB or pellet gun then Yes it is possible depending on the power of the air gun and where you are struck.
Most people would send it out to a professional Air gun "tuner" and have it tuned. I suggest you do a web search on "air gun repair" or see the link below
An air-soft gun's (FPS) stands for (feet per second), and the (RPM) stands for (revolutions per minute). The fps is the overall power of an air-soft gun, the rpm is how fast the gun will shoot out the bbs. If you have any more ?'s, I'd be happy to help. :)
it depends on the velocity set by an Allen key if someone set the velocity up very very high the gun will shoot much faster hurt much more but it will lose air much faster
If you want to build your own air gun I suggest you search" You tube" and look for "Home made air guns'
Gun with a spring force acts. Hydraulic power water gun works. Pneumatic power iscompressed air.
Most "PUMP" air guns use the for-arm (Forward Handle) to pump the air gun.
The possible most dangerous in terms of high rate of fire is the MG 42 but in power is the M2HB .50.
In most states you have to be 18 to purchase an air gun, BB or Pellet, (Not a Air soft gun). It's best to check local ordnance's first. No license is required.

NO- they shoot large diameter plastic BBs. In general, they do not have the power of the traditional BB gun.
Because of the nature of the PCP power plant I suggest you search the net and look for air gun repair or air gun tune-up. There are shops that tune up air rifles and modify them.
