You will have to contact CZ
Your pistol is a Czech cz-27, made while under German occupation. Value will depend on condition and exact markings, but CAN be significant ($1000 or more) You need a hands on appraisal.
There is some information listed online about these types of pistols, but not much. To properly gauge the worth on the pistol, you will need to take it to a gun dealer or to a local gun show to find someone more educated in that era of firearms.

(See the link below) I would contact them and see if they can recommend a repair shop. You can also do a search on the web for "air gun repair" and locate a shop to repair your pistol. This pistol is rated at 400 FPS
This is not a Browning pistol, but CZ? As with any firearm, it is not possible to accurately appraise a gun without seeing it. Recommend that you see a local gun dealer for an appraisal. You can also do your own investigation by looking at other models being sold that are in the same condition as yours.
