A UMC CAN'T be circa 1903, it didn't become Remington UMC until 1912. I believe by the time UMC took over the model was on the receiver, it's probably a model 12 or possibly a later 121 if it's not quite as old. The value is GREATLY dependent on the condition, condition, and the condition, and of course which model and variation.
Without more information - range of value from 300-900.
Identifying the model and then the condition would be first...
value depends on overall condition.................

Your Remington model 1903 was made in the year 1941,with the serial number that you have provided.
Remington made the first variation of the Model 4 solid frame .22 rifle from 1891 to 1903. If you have a "take-down" model, they were made from 1903 to 1910. They also made the second type which was also a takedown model which means it broke down into two parts for easy transport. These were made until around 1915. Value would depend on the current condition of this firearm and if everything is still original. In otherwords, if it's in mint condition it would be worth more.
