condition of firearm always refect on price. You do not say if there is a holster and spare magazine ??? that affects the price. Any rust or pitt marks. Does it have a dull bore or a mirror bore ??? Another factor for price value. Maker mark on top of toggle, i.e. DWM, EFURT, MAUSER.........also affects price. Dealer would only give you about 60% of street value........Direct buyer would probably pay more................

the 1916 luger was a WW1 pistol. However, many WW1 lugers were pressed into German service during WW2. Not necessary nazi marking on WW1 lugers...........but possible

100-1000 or more depending on exact specifications, box, accessories, papers, history, finish, barrel length, magazines, condition, etc..
your luger is WW1 vintage and probably saw service. the front strap often has numbers and letters pertaining to the unit assigned. If you are referring to three letters on top of the action opening, that may be DWM, short for Deutsche Waffen Munition (German Arms & Munitions) which was the better of lugers made during WW1
