What is your question? I assume you mean a Model 94 single shot in .32-20 caliber.
All my reference,s indicate that the model 1905 colt was chambered for the 45 cal. Please check your model number again,Could it be a new army model?.
The value of ANY firearm is based on the exact make, model, and condition. Unfortunately, you did not tell us the make, model, or condition- only the caliber. A value could be anywhere from $10 for a cheap Spanish copy, to over a thousand for an excellent Smith & Wesson. Sorry- but good questions produce good answers.

Also known as the .32 Winchester Center Fire, the 32-20 cartridge was used in revolvers and light rifles. It's name indicates that it fired a .32 caliber bullet, originally loaded over 20 grains of black powder.
not 100% sure, but made about 1905
Can't be answered with any degree of accuracy without a detailed description of all markings, features, condition, finish, box, barrel length, name of maker, etc..
