About $100 or so. The damascus/twist steel barrels are generally considered unsafe to shoot with modern ammunition.

Steel or Damascus barrels?
This 12 gauge has 26 inch barrels with a brass rifle shot for a site the serial# is 7989it is about 130 yrs. old the best we can figure out some one please help me.
Gun was made in 1915. Does it have damascus or fluid steel barrels? Gauge? Condition is everything... You can get a good idea from the auction sites such as, gunbroker.com or auctionarms.com.
If this is the model 215, the barrels are steel.

Most old Damascus barrels cannot hold the pressures of modern smokeless loads. I doubt that you will find any black powder loads for that type of barrel. Hang it on the wall and admire it.
