What is the value of a Howard pocket watch?

The value of these watches is determined largely by their year of manufacture and condition. If the case says "Howard," it was probably made prior to 1902; if it says "Keystone Watch Case Co.," both the case and movement were made by the Keystone company after they purchased Howard in 1902.
