I have no info on the model 99 HP 22 value but it would seem that it is a rare rifle which would dictate a high value imop...... Found it. Page 1284 of the Blue Book. Model 99E was chambered for the .22 HP. Manufactured from 1922 to 1934. Adding a 15% premium for the .22HP, a gun in good 60% condition would be $230 and one 100% factory-new $605.
