Depends on condition, barrel length, caliber, finish, grips, etc.. You need to get it lettered by Colt. It may have been made in 1940 or possibly 1941. Only a factory can (hopefully) tell you. Value, from a few hundred to multiple thousands depending on what the letter says, and if it matches the letter (hasn't been refinished, rebarreled, etc.)
