IMPROVING ANSWER: C'mon, let's just say $20 to $1200 and call it a day! ;) Seriously, at the very least we need to know what kind of gun it is. Usually that means tell us the make (brand, as in, who made it) and model ("model" can mean both a model name and a model number, or just one or the other for some guns). Ideally you would tell us a description of the gun (barrel length, caliber, finish, what kind of stock, etc.) and read all the writing on it. Including the serial number. If you want to leave off the last couple digits of your actual serial number for privacy, that's OK just substitute a couple of X's for those digits.
