Semi-automatic with a fold down black forearm? If so, your rifle was made by Mossberg as their Model 353, from 1978-1985. Value depends on condition and originality (refinishing stocks, missing sights detract from value) In excellent condition, these are selling for $150-$175- price drops a lot for well worn. Fun rifles, great for off hand hunting of small game.
